House visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.

If you are unable to attend the surgery and need to be seen urgently, please telephone reception as soon as possible to request a home visit. The duty doctor will contact you to discuss your requirement before visiting you at home.

Please remember that several patients can be seen at the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. Please take this into consideration when making a request for a home visit.
